Zygo Medical — MDS therapy platform

DMTech is the exclusive contract manufacturer for Zygo Medical's non-invasive therapy platform — a clinical device that uses multi-directional stimulation through gel electrodes to deliver tens of thousands of muscle contractions per session, treating chronic pain and age-related muscle weakness.

The program moved through our full pilot-to-scale path: assembly processes and supply-chain sourcing validated, test and quality workflows proven, and facility and labor readiness demonstrated across multiple completed pilot runs before ramp.

DMTech is responsible for manufacturing, assembly, and production support. Zygo Medical retains product ownership, branding, regulatory responsibility, and commercial distribution.

Vita Imaging — Raman diagnostics

Vita Imaging is developing diagnostic systems for cancer detection built on licensed Raman-based technology. DMTech's engagement covers pilot manufacturing planning, low-volume build preparation, and manufacturing-readiness support, under a signed MOU targeting a 100-unit pilot. Future volumes are contingent on regulatory clearance and commercial rollout.
